Job Responsibilities:

• Discipline of workshop’s staff
• Housekeeping of workshop and premises
• Manage day-to-day job based workshop and improving work processes and equipment/gadgets’ upgrades in terms of improved functions
• To undertake specific projects and perform additional tasks and work additional hours when duty calls
• To plan, develop, establish and execute effective operations/productions strategies to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and higher productivity for Operations Department

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics with 5 to 7 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in supervisory and management go projects, people, work processes in a workshop setting
• Preferable with hands-on hydraulics equipment servicing experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
